When you choose The Bitworks to repair your device or computer, we will provide you with a “Repair Claim Ticket”. Within the repair claim ticket you will be provided a Work ID number.  With this work ID number you will be able to follow the progress your device or machine is making on our Repair Bench. If you did not receive a repair ticket please call into the shop and our customer support person will provide you with your work order ID.

On the top left corner of your repair claim ticket find your work ID number (Black Arrow) and the phone number on the account (Red Arrow)

When you click on our Check Repair Status button you will see this dialog. Enter the work ID provided on the Repair Claim Ticket and the phone number provided for the Repair Claim.
