SMS Communications
Purpose
Text messages are used exclusively for:
- Status updates related to ongoing service work.
- Requests for instructions or approvals necessary to complete current service tasks.
No Marketing or Promotions:
We do not use SMS for any marketing purposes, promotional offers, or upselling of services or products.
Client Eligibility:
SMS communications are limited to clients for whom we are actively performing services.
Opt-Out Option:
Clients may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying “STOP” to any message received. Doing so may affect our ability to deliver timely updates regarding your service.
Data Privacy:
Your contact information is kept confidential and used only in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties.
Message Frequency and Charges:
Message frequency will vary based on the nature of the active service. Standard message and data
rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.
Email Communications
Email messages are used for:
- Status updates related to ongoing service work.
- Requests for instructions or approvals necessary to complete current service tasks.
- Identification within our software and systems to distinguish you from other customers.
- Education related to Information Technology Issues.
- Notification of new products or services.
- Changes in terms or conditions of products or services already subscribed to.
- Transactional information related to services subscribed to, project communications or repair communications.
Marketing or Promotions:
We may use email to offer education, service information, transactional information and promotions to existing and potential clients.
Eligibility:
Email addresses which have been previously collected through conducting business with The Bitworks, requesting information from The Bitworks or otherwise interacting with the company are covered by these terms and conditions.
