Our Taylors Falls shop is the home base for in-depth hardware and software repair for enrolled clients. If your device needs hands-on attention, we’ll have you drop it off (or arrange pickup through your plan, if applicable) and our technicians will:

  • Diagnose performance issues and failures

  • Replace failing components (drives, RAM, power supplies, etc.)

  • Clean up and optimize operating systems

  • Remove malware and unwanted software

  • Apply updates and recommended settings

Because repair is part of your plan, you get consistent, professional service without surprise bills every time something breaks.

  • Troubleshoot software errors

  • Remove or remediate malware

  • Install or update approved applications

  • Adjust settings and fix configuration issues

  • Help users with “how do I…” questions

Remote support helps you get back to work (or back to streaming) faster, without leaving your desk.

On-Site Service When It’s Needed

Some issues are better handled at your location—especially when multiple devices, networks, or shared equipment are involved. For covered clients, we offer on-site service according to the terms of your plan, including:

  • Troubleshooting on business networks

  • Workstation and peripheral issues that depend on local setup

  • Coordinating with servers, printers, and other shared devices

We’ll help you determine whether a problem is best handled remotely, in-shop, or on-site so you get the most efficient fix.

Skilled Technicians, Proactive Approach

James Weiden - Senior Service Technician - Computer Repair - Network Equipment expert

Our technicians don’t just “fix what’s broken” and send you on your way. Within our managed service plans, repair is part of a larger strategy:

  • Proactive monitoring and maintenance

  • Security and patch management

  • Backup and recovery planning

  • User support and training

That means fewer emergencies, less downtime, and a much better experience than sporadic break-fix repairs.

Quality Parts and Warranty

When hardware repair is needed, we use quality replacement parts and stand behind our work. If there’s an issue with a repair within the warranty period, we’ll make it right according to the terms of your service agreement.

Important: No Public Walk-In / Break-Fix Service

To stay focused on providing excellent service to our managed clients, we no longer offer one-off, walk-in repairs or break-fix computer services to the general public.

If you’re looking for ongoing, relationship-based support rather than one-time fixes, we’d love to talk about which plan is right for you.
