The Skinny: Practical, device-first managed IT for small businesses that need reliable helpdesk, endpoint security and device backups without the Enterprise entry fee.

Includes: Helpdesk (phone/email/remote), modern endpoint security, 500GB per-device backups, desktop patching and monitoring, asset tracking, documentation portal, periodic security newsletters and an escalation process with SLAs. Servers, advanced EDR and SOC are available as upgrades or via Enterprise.

Best for: Small businesses with desktop-first environments and limited server/network needs.

The Skinny: Family-friendly home IT and smart-home protection — ideal for home offices and households that want simple, secure coverage.

Includes: Helpdesk support, endpoint security, 500GB backups per device, PIN-based remote sessions, password manager, client/documentation portal, network add-ons  and optional mobile security. 

Best for: Families who want predictable, affordable protection.  This is not a business plan.
