Remote Support

Remote Tech SupportRemote Support is available during our normal business hours and by prior arrangement after hours with our technicians. We ask that you call prior to establishing a remote support session with our technicians to insure that we have adequate time to resolve your problem.  This service is compatible with Apple, Window and Linux based computers.

Our normal business hours are:

  • 8:30AM to 6:00PM Monday – Friday
  • Saturday- Call and leave a message we’ll return it to coordinate a remote session

  4. When a technician is available, they will chat with you online or over the phone
  5. Run the downloaded program, answering Yes or OK to any prompts.
  6. NOTE: When a technician connects to your computer you must be present to acknowledge the request.

Web Site Hosting Support: Free setup of one e-mail account in Outlook or Outlook Express for customer’s hosting their website with The BitWorks, Inc.

Additional fees will be charged for after hours support.


  • At Time of Service with valid credit card, we accept:  Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express
  • By invoice if you have a prior billing arrangement with us.
